We are a solicitors’ & business consultants’ practice, Experts in EU Business Grants. And if you have some rural property anywhere in the EU, land, farms, factories, warehouses or houses, you might be interested in these grants as you can make your rural properties a business, increasing their value and sell them much more expensive as a business, not just property, or run the business yourself. You may get as much as around € 1,000,000, the maximum is € 1,500,000, for agricultural and non-agricultural business activities in rural areas of the EU, and you don't need to repay this money as it is a grant, not a loan. The aim of these EU programmes is funding to increase employment in rural areas. These are about 20 EU programmes, it is not an easy matter and one needs to know them in details and have experience in making a very detailed market research and business plan, in doing the legal work, and in obtaining all the permissions and preparing all the documentation about in accordance with all EU requirements and terms. And this is actually our service. We have the knowledge and experience as a solicitors’ & business consultants’ pratice how to do all this for clients like you. Our business is actually a Know-How business; it is the knowledge about which matters. The cost for our service and any other expenses are paid by the EU fund separately at the end. The cost of our service depends on business plan. The whole process takes about 6 months. Consultations on these EU Programmes cost £50 per hour, for a minimum of 2 hours, plus expenses if any expenses are involved, for example travelling to your rural property as we have to observe it; and they are covered by the EU Fund as well. We are giving you invoices for all these costs to get your money back from the EU Rural Development Programme Fund.
We also do Agricultural Land, Cattle and Farmers Registration & Consultation, incl. on The Rural Development Programme, on the spot. You can get £329 for every 1,000 m2 of your land every year from the Government anyway. And this is the least you can get. There are also some grants you can get from the government Rural Development Programme. And we will come to see and advise you about at your farm on the spot to save your time, and we have to speak with you and to see the property anyway. So please contact us to make an appointment.
